Terms of Service — Do it! Staff

Effective date: 7 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Do it! Staff mobile application (the "App") provided by Do it!, located at Sports Square, 1, Kyiv, Ukraine, 02000 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Do it! Staff helps small employers assign tasks to their staff and verify completion through photo proof. An employer creates tasks; an employee completes each task and submits a photo; the employer accepts the result or returns it for redo.

2. Accounts

• To use the App as an employer, you must register with a valid email address and provide accurate information.

• Employers create access for their staff (employees) via access codes. Employers are responsible for who they invite and for their staff's use of the App.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and access codes confidential and for all activity under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must use the App lawfully and only for legitimate work-management purposes.

• Employers are responsible for having a lawful basis to manage and process their staff's information and photos, for informing their staff, and for complying with applicable employment and data-protection laws.

• You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.

• You must not misuse the App to unlawfully surveil, harass, or harm any person.

4. Subscriptions and payments

The App offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription with additional features and higher limits.

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options: weekly, monthly, and yearly. Current prices are shown in the App before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Your content

• You (and your organisation) retain ownership of the tasks, comments, and photos you create ("Content").

• You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display your Content solely to operate and provide the App to you and the relevant users in your organisation.

• You are responsible for your Content and for ensuring you have the right to upload it.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its software, design and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the App except the limited right to use it under these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the App at any time. We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Kyiv, Ukraine shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise and are more favourable to you.
