Privacy Policy — Do it! Staff
Effective date: 7 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Do it! ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Do it! Staff mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who this policy is for
The App is used by two types of users:
-
Employers — people who create accounts, add staff, assign and review tasks.
-
Employees / Staff — people invited by an employer who complete tasks and submit photo proof.
Both are covered by this policy. Employers are responsible for informing their own staff about how they use the App and for having a lawful basis to process their staff's data.
2. Information we collect
Account information
-
Employer: email address, name.
-
Employee: name, job position, a unique access code created by the employer, and (optionally) a profile photo.
Content you create in the App
-
Tasks, task descriptions, comments and feedback.
-
Company / project names.
-
Photos you upload as task examples or as task completion proof, and shift start/end photos.
-
Chat / discussion messages between employer and employee about tasks.
Photos and media
-
With your permission, the App accesses your device camera and/or photo library so you can take or choose photos for task proof. Photos are uploaded to our storage to provide the service.
Device and usage information
-
A push notification token (to deliver notifications).
-
Basic device and app-usage information and in-app events, collected via analytics.
Subscription information
-
If you buy a Premium subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive the subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to unlock Premium, via our subscription provider (Adapty).
3. How we use your information
-
To provide and operate the App (accounts, tasks, photo proof, review, notifications).
-
To connect employers and their staff and show task status and photos to the relevant users.
-
To send push notifications about tasks (e.g. a task was returned for redo).
-
To manage subscriptions and unlock Premium features.
-
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
-
To understand how the App is used and improve it.
-
To comply with legal obligations.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
-
Service providers that run the App's infrastructure:
-
Google Firebase (Google LLC / Google Ireland) — authentication, database (Cloud Firestore), photo storage (Firebase Storage), push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and analytics.
-
Adapty — subscription management and analytics.
-
Apple and Google — payment processing for subscriptions.
-
-
Other users within your organisation — by design, an employer can see the tasks, statuses and photos submitted by their staff, and staff can see the tasks assigned to them. This is the core purpose of the App.
-
Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
Your data may be stored and processed on servers operated by these providers, which may be located outside your country.
5. Data retention
-
We keep your account and content while your account is active.
-
Task attempt history may be limited in time on the Free plan and kept longer (archive) on Premium, as described in the App.
-
If you delete your account, or ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and the security controls provided by Google Firebase. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Children
The App is intended for use by adults in a work context and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account, contact us at igormostovooo@gmail.com. Employees should also be aware that some of their data is controlled by their employer.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
10. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at:
