"Do it!" is a company registered in Ukraine and operates the "Do it!" App. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines the personal data that "Do it!" collects, how we process it, and your rights in relation to your personal data. "Do it!", located at Sports Square, 1, Kyiv, Ukraine, 02000, acts as the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other applicable local laws (“Data Protection Laws”).

While most of the data collected relates to parents, we may also collect your child’s name, age, and gender to personalize their experience. The app uses third-party services that may collect identifying information, and it may include third-party advertising. Upon registering as a parent/guardian, we manage personal and non-personal data through the Firebase back-end platform, including device information, login data, IP address, location, tasks, and rewards.

Payment processing is handled by third-party services such as Google Play Store and Apple App Store:

Advertising within the App
Our app includes third-party advertising. We partner with third-party ad networks to display relevant ads to parents and, where appropriate, to children. These third-party services may collect information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and app usage data to display personalized ads. We ensure that ads shown to children comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR regulations, and they do not target inappropriate content to children.
Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
California law requires that website operators disclose how they respond to Do Not Track signals. At this time, "Do it!" does not respond to DNT signals.

Account Deletion
If you decide to delete your "Do it!" App account, go to the "delete account" tab on this website, and follow the instructions.
Child Privacy Protection
We built our app to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and GDPR. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without first obtaining verifiable parental consent. We also believe that ads shown to children should be carefully curated to ensure a safe environment.
"Do it!" allows parents/guardians to create family accounts and profiles for themselves and their children.
Children under 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) cannot create a family account without parental consent. If you become aware that your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us.
Our app is not directed at individuals under 18, and they are prohibited from downloading it. Although children may use the app under a parent/guardian’s supervision, the account holder is the parent/guardian who uses the Service.
In accordance with COPPA, "Do it!" only collects personal information from children under 18 for the sole purpose of performing internal operations of the Service.
